Well, Noah is officially getting taller! Of course we know he’s getting taller but today he needed to prove it by grabbing things off the counter. Rick had a business meeting tonight, so it was just me and Noah for dinner. I thought sloppy joes sounded pretty good and while I was making them, Noah grabbed a spoon off the counter. Then after we ate, I was doing some dishes and when I turned around, Noah had pulled the buns off the counter and was eating one. I guess he wasn’t full yet!!!
I’m going to have to watch where I leave things on the counter now!!!
Lately Noah has been doing a fake laugh. Not sure what got him started on this, but he’ll look at us and just start laughing. We think it is pretty funny. Here he was doing it for a little while before I grabbed my camera. As you can tell, he is also eating an Oreo cookie!!
Today, Noah was invited to a neighbor girls 3rd birthday party…and are we glad he was invited!!! We all had a great time!!! The birthday party was at “Pump It Up” – the inflatable party zone!! We were not quite sure what to expect, but when the party got started, we all went into the first room and there were 3 huge inflatable activities to play on. One was a huge slide, another was an obstacle course and the other was a bounce house. Noah just looked around for a minute and then he ran to the bounce house. Rick got in with him and they were having a great time!! Noah had a hard time standing up in it, but that didn’t bother him at all, he would fall down and just laugh. Rick then took him down the slide and at first he didn’t know what to think of it, but then he wanted to do it again. After about 20 minutes in that room, we went to another room that had three different inflatables. We got to be in that room for about 20 minutes and then we went to the party room and had birthday cupcakes and the watched the birthday girl open her presents. Then it was time to head home. We were not even in the car for a minute and Noah was sleeping already! I guess he was wore out – plus it was already a little past his nap time!

Yesterday, Noah was all about coloring. We had to sit down to color four different times. He just kept pointing to the box I have all the coloring stuff in and he would get so excited when I would get it out. He does try to eat the colors, but they do say non-toxic, so they can’t be THAT bad for him, right?!?!

Going for a wagon ride with Daddy. Actually this is the end of the wagon ride and he’s letting us know by standing up. This is also after we had to get a frog out of the wagon – not sure how the frog got in there and how he was still alive. It was a weird colored frog too, so it scared the crap out of me!!!
Noah must think the grass is getting a little too long. He needed to mow before he would go inside.
