Today was such a nice day!!! We woke up this morning and headed to Walmart to get some groceries. After we got back, it was time for Noah to take a nap….but Noah had different ideas. He was just laying in his crib, playing with his toys and “talking” away. So I finally went ahead a got him and we went outside to help Rick clean the garage. We had to hang up ladders that we used for hanging Christmas lights and sweep up. After the garage was clean, Rick started working on his Nova. This has been his “project” car for about 4-5 years now and not much has really gotten done, but he made some good headway today…almost the whole rear end is missing!! I sure hope he knows what he is doing!!!

Well, today was such a nice day that when Rick got home from a his afternoon meeting we decided to go for a walk. It was about 65 degrees!!! It’s supposed to be even nicer tomorrow!!! I think there’s another walk in our future!! I think Noah really likes his walks. It was about his nap time when we left so we thought he might fall asleep on the walk, but he was just too busy looking around at everything. But when you think of it from his perspective…everything is still new!! No wonder he wants to look around!!!

This was Noah’s first Superbowl…and…he didn’t really care!!! He was WAY more interested in his noisy monkey ball (by the way, thanks to Renae for that one!) He made it to the third quarter and then he was ready for bed. He rubs his eyes so hard when he starts to get tired…we just hope that he doesn’t poke an eye out one of these times! So we paused the tv (we have a DVR) and got him ready for bed. After I laid him down in his crib then it was time to keep watching the game. By this time we were about 30 minutes behind so I didn’t want to get on the computer and ruin the outcome of the game. It ended up being a pretty good game, so I’m glad I didn’t!!!!
